The Story
A year after discovering she was adopted, 27-year-old Sheila Burgess agrees to appear on a reality television docuseries to find closure and answers about her origins. Set over a single, emotionally charged day, the film follows Sheila as she navigates the tension between her private search for identity and the public performance demanded by the cameras.
